I've lost 19 lbs which is a 9.6% weight loss for me, and I feel great and have no problem keeping up with my toddler. I've gotten so inspired by doing Lighten Up Wisconsin that I've decided to do the Walk Wisconsin marathon walk and have started training for that. I'm going beyond losing baby weight and am now tackling my working-in-an-office weight! Thanks for running such a great program!
